The General Assembly is the highest policy-making body of  MORANG MERCHANTS' ASSOCIATION. It convenes annually. It elects the Executive Committee for a period of two years.

The Executive Committee consists of 22 Members:

The Immediate Past President becomes ex-office advisory member of the Committee.

DESIGNATED SUB-COMMITTEES:
The Executive Committee designates various Subcommittees for effectively implementing the objectives of the Association. The current Sub-Committees are:
